Product Name: FITC Anti-Mouse CD4 (RM4-5) Serum-Free Monoclonal Antibody

Description: CD4 is a 55 kD protein also known as L3T4 or T4. It is a member of the Ig superfamily, primarily expressed on most thymocytes, a subset of T cells, and weakly on macrophages and dendritic cells. It acts as a coreceptor with the TCR during T cell activation and thymic differentiation by binding MHC class II and associating with the protein tyrosin kinase, lck.

Specificity:Against Mouse CD4 Antigen

Host:Rat

Application:Flow Cytometry (For Research Purpose Only)

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested with flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used ≤ 0.25 µg /10^6 cells in 100 µl. Typically we suggest to use 1:100 titration for staining 1 millions cells in 100 µl staining. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Figure (Flow Cytometric Analysis): 1 million mouse splenocytes were stained with 0.25µg CD4-FITC.
