Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested with flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used ≤ 0.25 µg /10^6 cells in 100 µl. Typically we suggest to use 1:100 titration for staining 1 millions cells in 100 µl staining. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Figure (Flow Cytometric Analysis): 1 million mouse splenocytes were stained with 0.25µg CD25-iFluor488. iFluor488 labeled antibody gives stronger signal compared with FITC congugated antibodies.
