Product Name: FITC Anti-Mouse CD62L (MEL-14) Monoclonal Antibody
Description: CD62L is a calcium-dependent lectin that mediates cell adhesion by binding to glycoproteins on neighboring cells (PubMed:12403782, PubMed:28489325, PubMed:28011641). Mediates the adherence of lymphocytes to endothelial cells of high endothelial venules in peripheral lymph nodes. Promotes initial tethering and rolling of leukocytes in endothelia (PubMed:12403782, PubMed:28011641).
Specificity：Against Mouse CD62L Antigen
Application：Flow Cytometry (For Research Purpose Only)
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested with flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used ≤ 0.25 µg /10^6 cells in 100 µl. Typically we suggest to use 1:100 titration for staining 1 millions cells in 100 µl staining. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.
Figure (Flow Cytometric Analysis): 1 million mouse splenocytes were stained with 0.25µg CD62L-FITC.
