Description:  Lymphocytes proliferate and differentiate in response to various concentrations of different antigens. The ability of the B cell to respond in a specific, yet sensitive manner to the various antigens is achieved with the use of low-affinity antigen receptors. This gene encodes a cell surface molecule which assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation. Application:Flow Cytometry (For Research Purpose Only)

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested with flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used ≤ 0.25 µg /10^6 cells in 100 µl. Typically we suggest to use 1:100 titration for staining 1 millions cells in 100 µl staining. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Figure (Flow Cytometric Analysis): 1 million mouse splenocytes were stained with 0.25µg CD19-iFluor488 or CD19-FITC for comparison. iFluor488 labeled antibody gives stronger signal compared with CD19-FITC.
