Product Name: iFluor488 Anti-Mouse CD62L (MEL-14) Monoclonal Antibody
Description: CD62L is a calcium-dependent lectin that mediates cell adhesion by binding to glycoproteins on neighboring cells (PubMed:12403782, PubMed:28489325, PubMed:28011641). Mediates the adherence of lymphocytes to endothelial cells of high endothelial venules in peripheral lymph nodes. Promotes initial tethering and rolling of leukocytes in endothelia (PubMed:12403782, PubMed:28011641).
Specificity:Against Mouse CD62L Antigen
Host:Rat
Application:Flow Cytometry (For Research Purpose Only)
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested with flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used ≤ 0.25 µg /10^6 cells in 100 µl. Typically we suggest to use 1:100 titration for staining 1 millions cells in 100 µl staining. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.
Figure (Flow Cytometric Analysis): 1 million mouse splenocytes were stained with 0.25µg CD62L-iFluor488 or CD62L-FITC for comparison. iFluor488 labeled antibody gives stronger signal compared with CD62L-FITC.
